Free Meeting Areas
The new library was built with the agreement that the library staff would run a fee-based meeting facility. However, the library does have several areas where people can meet for free.
- Room 138, in the main building, has a long conference table with chairs and a dry erase board. It accomodates up to 12 people comfortably and is limited to non-profit individuals or organizations. This room may be reserved at 405-372-3633 x8103 by emailing the Meeting Room Coordinators.
- At the back of the library, we have a study room with a table and chairs. It also contains a DVD/VCR/TV. It also serves as a study quiet area where multiple people can study at once. It is available on a first come, first served basis.
- The genealogy room may be used for a quiet meeting with the door shut, as long as no one is in the room studying or researching.
- For one on one tutoring sessions, tables throughout the library may be used as long as conversation does not disturb others.
