Meeting Rooms

The Stillwater Public Library invites you to plan your next event at our centrally located facility. Three small conference rooms, a large conference room, an auditorium and open reception area are available to host your conference, seminar, workshop, reception, shower or small convention. With a room rental you will have access to free parking, wireless Internet, a large prep kitchen and a friendly meeting room coordinator to help you plan and execute your event

We offer the latest technology in all meeting spaces. In addition, all rooms are equipped with tables, padded chairs, dry erase/tack board, dry erase markers, and display rail. An elevator is available to all the meeting rooms.

Groups wishing to use Library meeting rooms should contact the Meeting Room Coordinator Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at (405) 372-3633 ext. 8103 or the Help Desk from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Library meeting rooms may be scheduled for use from 9:00 a.m. to 6:45 p.m. Monday through Wednesday, from 9:00 a.m. to 8:45 p.m. on Thursdays, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. on Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. on Saturday, and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. on Sunday.  Room 138 is available to non-profit organizations during regular library hours.
