The Stillwater Public Library has three small conference rooms, a large conference room, an auditorium and open reception area are available to host your conference, seminar, workshop or class. With a room rental you will have access to free parking, wireless Internet as well as the use of projectors, screens and other equipment.
All rooms are equipped with tables, padded chairs, dry erase/tack board, dry erase markers, and display rail. An elevator is available to all the meeting rooms.
Groups wishing to use Library meeting rooms should contact the Meeting Room Coordinator Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at (405) 372-3633 ext. 8103 or the Help Desk from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Library meeting rooms may be scheduled for use from 9:00 a.m. to 6:45 p.m. Monday through Wednesday, from 9:00 a.m. to 8:45 p.m. on Thursdays, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. on Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. on Saturday, and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. on Sunday.
