Get a Virtual Library Card for eBooks
Adults who live, work or go to school in Payne County may apply for a Virtual (eBook only) Library Card to access Oklahoma Virtual Library and databases.
The process is simple:
- Send an email to circulation@stillwater.org.
- Your new card number will be emailed to you within 24-hours.
Please only use this form for eBooks. Residents wanting to check out books from inside the library should visit us in person.
